Bus Services: State-run and private buses operate regularly to Chennai from neighboring states and cities. Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus (CMBT) is the largest bus terminus in Asia, handling inter-state and intra-city bus services.

Chennai Central (MAS) and Chennai Egmore (MS): Chennai has two major railway stations, Chennai Central and Chennai Egmore, which are well-connected by trains from all parts of India.
